社会责任政策

本公司及全体管理层认识到，遵守国际劳工标准、维护劳工权益并履行与之相关的社会责任，是任何负责任的公司所应具备的基本条件，也是员工、客户、供应商、分包商、政府、公众及其他利益相关方的共同期望。

本政策声明体现了公司对SA8000社会责任标准所有要求的承诺。同时，公司郑重承诺遵守所有适用的国家劳动法律法规、国际劳工组织（ILO）核心公约以及其他适用的行业标准和国际公约，持续改善工作条件和员工福利。

与质量/环境/职业健康安全管理一样，社会责任管理也是公司日常运作的一个有机组成部分。履行社会责任是公司提供优质产品、满足客户需求的必要条件。公司任命管理代表全面负责社会责任管理，建立、实施并维持良好的社会责任管理体系，同时将此要求延伸至供应商及分包商。

公司郑重声明：

1.禁止使用童工，不支持任何使用童工的行为，并积极推动童工救济。

2.尊重员工自由，禁止任何形式的强迫劳动、抵债劳动或非自愿加班。

3.提供安全卫生的工作条件，确保员工的职业健康安全。

4.推动劳资合作，尊重员工依法享有的结社自由和集体谈判权。

5.提供平等和公平的工作环境，禁止任何形式的歧视行为。

6.尊重员工的基本人权，禁止且不支持任何形式的侮辱人格、体罚或精神压迫行为。

7.合理安排生产计划，保障员工的休息休假权益。

8.提供合理的工资福利，确保其至少满足员工的基本生活需要，并依法支付加班报酬。

9.不接受任何使用童工或强迫劳动的供应商、分包商。

管理体系承诺：

公司将建立并维护一套有效的管理体系，以实施和监督本政策的执行，系统管理社会责任相关风险与绩效，并将定期进行管理评审，以确保社会责任管理体系持续的符合性、适宜性和有效性，推动公司及供应链的持续改进。

本政策向员工、客户、供应商、分包商、政府、公众及其他利益相关方公开，并接受各方监督。

Social Responsibility Policy

The Company and its entire management team recognize that compliance with international labor standards, protection of workers’ rights, and fulfillment of related social responsibilities are fundamental requirements for any responsible company and reflect the shared expectations of employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, government authorities, the public, and other stakeholders.

This policy statement reflects the Company’s commitment to complying with the requirements of the SA8000:2014 Standard. Furthermore, the Company solemnly pledges to comply with all applicable national labor laws and regulations, the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions, and other applicable industry standards and international conventions, and to continuously improve working conditions and employee welfare.

Similar to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management, social responsibility management is an integral part of the Company’s daily operations. Fulfilling social responsibility is a prerequisite for the Company to provide high-quality products and meet customer needs. The Company has appointed a management representative to assume overall responsibility for social responsibility management, establish, implement, and maintain a sound social responsibility management system, and extend these requirements to all suppliers and subcontractors.

The Company solemnly declares:

We prohibit the use of child labor, do not support any practices involving child labor, and actively promote the remediation of child labor.
We respect employees’ freedom and prohibit any form of forced labor, debt bondage, or involuntary overtime.
We provide safe and hygienic working conditions to ensure the occupational health and safety of our employees.
We promote labor-management cooperation and respect employees’ legally protected rights to freedom of association and collective bargaining.
We provide an equal and fair working environment and prohibit any form of discrimination.
We respect employees’ fundamental human rights and prohibit and do not support any form of humiliation, corporal punishment, or psychological abuse.
We reasonably arrange production schedules to safeguard employees’ rights to rest and leave.
We provide reasonable wages and benefits to ensure that they at least meet employees’ basic living needs, and pay overtime compensation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
We do not accept any suppliers or subcontractors that use child labor or forced labor.

Management System Commitment

The Company will establish and maintain an effective management system to implement and oversee the execution of this policy, systematically manage risks and performance related to social responsibility, and conduct regular management reviews to ensure the ongoing compliance, suitability, and effectiveness of the social responsibility management system, thereby driving continuous improvement within the Company and its supply chain.

This policy is made available to employees, customers, suppliers, subcontractors, government authorities, the public, and other stakeholders, and is subject to oversight by all parties.
