Production of Doubly-Fed Wind Power Generators Exceeded 100 Units per Month

As of September 28, the Motor Workshop, under the vigorous support of relevant units in the company, has completed the manufacture of 406 CF01 wind power generators. The Workshop also made a historical breakthrough – the production exceeded 100 units per month for the first time – which ensured the supply for the market peak

    From just a few to tens and over a hundred units, the continuing acceleration of wind power generators production implies the pressures, efforts, and achievements in the Motor Workshop. Particularly in the third quarter of this year, the Workshop is confronted with unprecedented pressure brought by higher production speed requirements. In order to achieve the capacity of 100 units per month as soon as possible, they try their best and start another spurt. First of all, according to the company’s general requirements on production tasks, the Workshop concentrates on workers, equipment, workplace, and parts supply in order to fulfill the enormous amount of work. Second, clarify the responsibilities, ensure the parts supply, adjust the workplace arrangement, and guarantee the progress of key components and assemblies. Third, in order to make all teams and groups clear about their progress and fulfill their weekly tasks, the Workshop specifies the weekly progress requirement and the general amount of monthly production for each team and group at the beginning of every month. And every week, every team and group reports their progress, production quantity and other things that need to be communicated.

At the same time, in order to make employees think highly of work quality and product quality, the Workshop focuses on “improve work quality, promote parts quality, and guarantee product quality” and carries out quality contests in various forms among sections, teams and groups, and procedures with an aim to achieve better quality of work, product, and service. The action leads to a campaign of promoting work quality and improving basic management throughout the Workshop and as a result accelerates the elimination of negative factors and brings better management.
